Christina Ochoa is an actress, marine biologist, author and producer who hails from Spain. The grandniece of Nobel laureate Severo Ochoa. Ochoa was born into a family which valued both her artistic talent as well as her knowledge of science. Her education took her all over the world all the way from Spain to Australia up to America. After she completed her education in these countries, she was a science teacher who became active on social media. She spoke as well as host at numerous scientific conferences. While she was curious about sciences, her true passion is acting. She began her acting as a second interest, decided to move to Madrid in order to better understand of the topic and to hopefully get a few parts. The actress made her debut on television in 2008 when she appeared on the show comedy La that se avecina. Since then, she has been on stage, and also played lead characters in multiple television shows. She has been a contributor for Vogue Spain H magazine and El Imparcial. In 2009, she joined Mensa.
